My school measures approximately
237.807 square meters and is surrounded by flora all over place, is a green
lung of our city, and this 5 years ago we started a project called “lombricultivo”,
to enhance the growth and development of plants with compost obtained from a
worm called California. The “lobricultivo” is a biotechnology project where a crop of
Californian worm is done and through its organic waste humus which is the
earthworm California. we get the hummus is one of the best fertilizers and is
used to improve the growth of plants in our school. The project started with Carolina Torres teaching and 9
students that we were good in science, all met in the afternoon and we did 2
hours of research and 4 hours to work up our work. 1 year later finished the
first part of our project and participate in festivals of Sciences of our city
and even the project is for future generations.Our project aims to improve the cultivation
of plants through a natural fertilizer in these moments we have ready the
cultivation of earthworms and is in a house made of plastic bottles collected
in our school there is humus who use it to water her plants. Project is made not only to do a best fertilizer but
introduce children in the research and the sciences to help our city and school
